Welcome to The Health Hike Pilates Studio!
A Boutique Pilates and Barre studio. We offer reimagined classes, strongly linked to the classical art of Pilates and the artistic form of dance.
Our studio was created with one clear intention: to offer high-quality, results-driven classes in a calm, beautifully designed space, where every client feels seen, supported, and challenged — no matter their experience level.
Unlike large fitness chains, we keep our classes intentionally small. This allows our highly trained instructors to focus on proper alignment, safe technique, and individual progression, ensuring you get the most out of every session.
A boutique strength class inspired by LA and NYC. Sculpt uses dumbbells, bands, and small equipment to build lean muscle, endurance, and definition in a focused, small-group setting.
With just 8 participants per class, Sculpt offers a boutique experience where form, precision, and progression are prioritized. Expect slow burns, deep muscle engagement, and intelligently layered movements that challenge without overwhelming.
This is modern strength training — refined, effective, and designed to complement Reformer and Barre perfectly.

Reformer
A Reformer experience rooted in tradition and elevated by movement.
Classical Pilates principles fuse with fluid, dance-led transitions, creating a mindful, full-body workout that strengthens, lengthens, and connects.
At The Health Hike, we offer a range of Reformer-led classes.
Beginner’s- The Beginner Reformer Pilates course is designed to introduce you to the reformer in a supportive, boutique studio setting. Across the course, you’ll learn correct setup, alignment, and fundamental reformer exercises, helping you build strength, improve mobility, and develop confidence on the machine.
Scuplt- Our leading timetabled class. This class is specifically designed to provide you with a full-body workout, inspired by the key principles of pilates, whilst adding a modern twist. The Health Hike has its personalized way of teaching, with a deep focus on core strength, fluidity between movements, and posture, inspired by dance dynamics.
Advanced- Our advanced class is for those who want that extra push. Whether you are an instructor yourself, an athlete, or someone who has perfected their reformer technique, this one is for you. With this class, please make sure you are confident with standing on the reformer, performing side planks, and planks on the box and footbar. You will be challenged and we will bring the spice.
Reformer X Barre- This class will take both principles from pilates and barre, creating an all-new class that will leave you burning. The reformer will target the upper body, posterior chain, and core, whilst the barre section will work on the lower body. We will use the music to find rhythm and work alongside it. The tunes will be on, and the vibes will be high.

MODERN MAT PILATES.
A modern, low-impact mat class focused on controlled strength, core stability, and intentional movement. Beginner-friendly, refined, and designed to build a strong foundation.

Our approach blends strength, mobility, control, and breath to help you move better in your body — both inside and outside the studio. Every class is designed to build long-term strength, improve posture, and increase body awareness while remaining low-impact and joint-friendly.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all fitness. Our instructors offer thoughtful cues, hands-on corrections (where appropriate), and tailored modifications so each client can work at their own level and pace.
